Mr. Nenninger’s educational background reflects his passion for both business and law. A 1992 Cum Laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was an Editor on the Villanova Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif, he went on to obtain his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance. Mr. Nenninger has been admitted to the Bar of the State of Illinois.
After working at large law firms for many years, Mr. Nenninger joined with a former client to co-own a successful advisory firm providing advisory services to large businesses. The value of the transactions on which Mr. Nenninger has provided legal advice exceeded $11 billion dollars and include but are not limited to, business disputes, secured loans, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, joint-venture formations, and partnership matters.
Mr. Nenninger has been married for 28 years and has four daughters. He is active in the community and has served as President of the high school PTA his children attend.
